Sin embargo, mir\u00e1ndolo desde afuera no lo es. Pero mir\u00e1ndolo desde cerca si que es mucho trabajo para aumentar tu conversi\u00f3n en las OTAs y mejorar la cantidad y calidad de los comentarios de tus hu\u00e9spedes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>\u00bf<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conversi\u00f3n, qu\u00e9 quiere decir?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conversi\u00f3n define cu\u00e1ntas personas van a entrar en tu perfil de OTA, comparado con la cantidad total de gente que busca alojamiento en tu regi\u00f3n. La idea es tener una conversi\u00f3n por encima del mercado, pero sobre todo por encima de las de\u00a0 tus competidores.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para tener buena conversi\u00f3n, hay que tener buena \u201cvisibilidad\u201d, es decir -como en Google- un buen ranking. Solo si tu hotel est\u00e1 en la primera p\u00e1gina de los resultados de la b\u00fasqueda en la OTA, el hu\u00e9sped puede encontrar tu establecimiento. Solo 10% de la gente se va a la p\u00e1gina dos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivere optimiza constantemente todos los criterios para tu establecimiento para no solamente tener mejor visibilidad pero tambi\u00e9n conversi\u00f3n. Porque la conversi\u00f3n se traduce directamente en m\u00e1s ingresos para tu hotel. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los criterios para tener mejor visibilidad en las OTAs son los comentarios de los hu\u00e9spedes. Aqu\u00ed se trata no solamente de tener una buena notaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n de contestar en seguida cada comentario, bien o mal.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay ciertas reglas para contestar los comentarios de los hu\u00e9spedes, para que la OTA no te vaya penalizando. Una es tu reactividad. Hay que ser r\u00e1pido. Expedia por ej. te deja contestar solamente algunos d\u00edas. Luego no te dan m\u00e1s acceso. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te das cuenta que finalmente s\u00ed que es mucho curro? \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivere se ocupa de todo para ti para ahorrar tu tiempo.
