\u00bfQuieres que tu proveedor no solo te prometa sino que tambi\u00e9n cumpla con lo que te ha prometido? <\/b>

\n<\/b>\u00bfTu gestor te ha hecho promesas y no las cumple sin ninguna explicaci\u00f3n viable?\u00a0 <\/span>

\n<\/b>Al principio de una colaboraci\u00f3n cada uno de los socios se compromete a una cierta serie de obligaciones. En la medida de lo posible, se definen en un contrato por escrito. Cada uno conf\u00eda en que se van a respetar.<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>Se prometen inversiones, se prometen garantizar ingresos m\u00ednimos y tecnolog\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n se promete la gesti\u00f3n de los precios sin errores. Sin errores porque cada error le cuesta caro al hotelero. Se prometen de respetar precios m\u00ednimos de cada hotel sin los cuales el hotelero pierde dinero en la medida que no puede cubrir los costes variables.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Nuestro equipo se da cuenta que se hacen muchas promesas, pero se cumplen pocas. Trae situaciones muy dif\u00edciles al hotelero. Tambi\u00e9n es una falta de respeto y energ\u00eda si el gestor tampoco explica las causas.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Algunos hoteleros que se han cambiado a Vivere Stays, nos comentaron \u201cmejor que nos prometan menos, pero por lo menos lo cumplen\u201d.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>En Vivere la confianza nos parece ser el bien m\u00e1s importante en cualquier relaci\u00f3n tanto en la vida privada como en la vida profesional. Lo que se promete, se tiene que cumplir! Independientemente de si est\u00e1 escrito en un contrato o no. Vivere tambi\u00e9n promete pero siempre cumple. Sin falta. Tambi\u00e9n siempre explicamos y comentamos todo con el hotelero. Mano en mano, avanzando juntos.<\/span>
