Where did we meet and learned trusting each other?
The Vivere Stays family
We all met years ago in an Indian start-up, while it was trying to implement its services in Western Europe. We launched Germany and Spain for them in 2018 and 2019, but then decided to spin-off.
During two years, we fought side-by-side in both markets, started trusting and enjoying each other. This makes us what we are today: a beautiful family and powerful team of talents from the hospitality industry, serving our hotels in order they outperform the market.
Why Vivere Stays?
Significant market opportunity in Europe
We figured that there was an enormous market opportunity in customizing and managing technology for smaller hotels. Those hotels often lack top nudge European made software, adapted to their market and to their size. They lack time and sometimes knowledge to chose the right product. They all confront a difficult market environment in light of larger hotel chains pushing into city center of both secondary and primary markets.
Vivere Stays allows those smaller hotels to compete even with bigger hotels, through better technology and digitizing the customer journey. The latter being often neglected by other hotels. We de-hassle the hotel owner s journey in order he can focus on what matters most: the guest!
What is the status of Vivere Stays as of today?
Two things matter: size and location!
Vivere Stays operates more than a dozen hotels out of Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin. Those hotels are all over Germany and Spain in both secondary and primary markets. However, we want to help hotels all over Europe and will roll out our services to other markets soon.
